Our FeE500 ribbed wire mesh is designed to meet the requirements of construction, civil engineering, and public works projects, covering floors, slabs, beams, joists, walls, columns, and modular frames. Suitable for horizontal, vertical, and circular structures, it guarantees precise pouring and optimal concreting for masons and structural work professionals, ensuring durability and performance on all construction sites, including high-rise or prefabricated structures.
The wire used is SAE 1008 grade, cold-drawn, available in flat or ribbed versions, and each intersection is joined by electric resistance welding. The reinforcement bars, nuts, stiffeners, rods, spacers, brackets, and formwork panels are securely assembled, guaranteeing a stable and reliable formwork system. This technique also protects insulation, cladding, formwork boards, molds and metal formwork, as well as permanent formwork and plywood formwork, facilitating formwork assembly, demolding, stripping, tightening, and handling on site.
Our mesh is compatible with all modular systems, formwork panels, Cosmos systems, shoring, pouring systems, tunnels, and precast elements, guaranteeing precise work for crane lifting, handling, hammering, concrete pouring, and curing. It ensures optimal results for concrete, foundations, modular precast elements, beams, joists, walls, and corners, whether vertical or horizontal, while complying with all safety and performance standards.
Compliant with DIN 488, NFA35-016 and BS4483 standards, our meshes offer a wide range of solutions for prefabrication, reinforced concrete, structural work, public works, masonry and all types of modular construction, guaranteeing safety, precision and durability on every construction site.
