3-point nut for construction formwork systems

Description

The 3-anchor nut is an essential formwork element of modular formwork systems used in reinforced concrete, foundations, structural work and high-rise structures. Combined with formwork rods, it allows the secure assembly of formwork panels, metal formwork, wooden formwork, plywood formwork panels, formwork boards, circular or lost formwork, for vertical and horizontal structures, including walls, partitions, corners, columns, floors and slabs.

Made from forged steel, this metal nut guarantees high resistance during concrete pouring, pouring, concreting and curing, even on complex structures incorporating beams, joists, frames, reinforcements, rebar, joints, stiffeners, spacers and shoring. It ensures the stability of the formwork during handling, lifting by crane, assembly and stripping, while protecting the insulation, the facing, the thickness of the concrete and areas sensitive to mortar.

Compatible with prefabricated elements, prefabrication, molds, brackets, Cosmos systems, alu formwork and cast concrete structures, the 3-anchor nut facilitates the work of the mason and masonry during formwork, tightening and adjustment, including with construction tools such as the hammer. It integrates perfectly into construction, civil engineering, and public works projects, guaranteeing watertightness, safety, and performance across a wide range of structures, from foundations to horizontal and vertical elements, including guardrails and structures of varying heights.
